This section states the current operating boundary. Meridax applies only the commitments written here and does not claim an unstated certification, provider arrangement, legal outcome, or service level.
Information and choices
Private business information, prompts, results, and feedback stay separated by organization. Optional outside AI processing follows the recorded choice and provider arrangement used for that feature. Shared model training with confidential customer information is off by default and would require a separate recorded choice and contractual basis.
Review before acting
Automated output can be incomplete, outdated, unsuitable, or wrong. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, safety, or professional advice and does not guarantee a commercial result. A person must review facts, rights, risks, source limits, and final wording before acting or publishing.
