How long different information is current to remain and what deletion means.
Keep only what is needed
Retention depends on purpose, customer instructions, security, billing, source rules, disputes, backup cycles, and legal duties. Source evidence can expire sooner than account or audit records. Meridax should not keep information merely because storage is available.
Current controls
Customers can remove assets and connections through the relevant controls and can request account export or personal account deletion with added identity confirmation. Connected services may require separate revocation or deletion, and shared organization information is not silently destroyed when one person leaves.
