Current policy
This current addendum describes the account, workspace, support, billing, connector and authorized business information that Meridax may process to provide requested services. The final parties, roles, instructions and lawful authority still require qualified legal review.
Controls already represented
The current product separates organizations and workspaces, encrypts sensitive references, records consent choices, limits actions by server-verified roles, and provides account export, deletion and connector revocation paths. Each control must still be checked against the actual deployment.
What must be approved
This section states the current operating boundary. Meridax applies only the commitments written here and does not claim an unstated certification, provider arrangement, legal outcome, or service level.
