Current policy
Government Request Procedure
A current narrow review process for law-enforcement and government demands.
Verify before responding
A request must be received through a verifiable channel and record the authority, legal process, jurisdiction, scope, deadline and requested information. Ordinary support messages and informal demands do not provide authority to disclose customer information.
Access stays restricted
Existing tenant isolation, role checks, encrypted references and audit-oriented support records reduce casual access, but they do not decide whether a demand is valid. Disclosure authority must remain separate from normal customer support and product operation.
Legal review is mandatory
Qualified counsel must assess validity, scope, objection, preservation, permitted customer notice and any restriction on disclosure. This page promises neither disclosure nor refusal and does not identify a jurisdiction or response deadline before a real case exists.
Ask an enterprise question
Use the appropriate privacy, security, support, connector or sales route so the request reaches the right review.
