Current policy
Incident and Breach Procedure
A current process for receiving, assessing, containing and communicating a suspected incident.
From report to assessment
Security and privacy reports need a protected route, time of receipt, affected service and tenant, known evidence, severity assessment, containment owner and decision log. A report is not called a breach until the facts and applicable duties have been assessed.
Current reporting foundation
The public contact system separates security and privacy requests, applies guarded intake, assigns references and supports internal priority and escalation records. Tenant and service boundaries remain in force while evidence is gathered and affected connectors can be revoked.
Notification is case specific
This section states the current operating boundary. Meridax applies only the commitments written here and does not claim an unstated certification, provider arrangement, legal outcome, or service level.
Ask an enterprise question
