Each activity should identify the service, people and information involved, purpose, authority, collection source, tenant role, recipients, destinations, retention, deletion, security, customer controls, owner and date of review.
Evidence comes from the product
Database migrations, service boundaries, source registries, consent controls, connector contracts and tests provide factual starting evidence. They do not replace confirmation of deployment, vendors, business decisions or applicable legal requirements.
