Owner paused

Social Ranking Assessment — Paused

A visible record that social-network ranking is owner-paused and not an active Meridax service.

This work is paused

The owner has paused social-network product work, including an active ranking assessment. This page preserves that decision so a context change, provider listing or future document cannot silently present social feeds, ranking, messaging or moderation as available.

No authority is granted

This section states the current operating boundary. Meridax applies only the commitments written here and does not claim an unstated certification, provider arrangement, legal outcome, or service level.

A future restart needs full review

Any later owner-approved restart would require a fresh purpose, data map, lawful authority, provider permission, safety design, moderation and appeal system, retention, human oversight, testing and legal review before availability could change.
