International Transfer Mechanism Review
A decision record for selecting clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism when one is actually needed.
A mechanism follows the facts
A transfer mechanism can be selected only after the parties, information, origin, destination, recipients and applicable law are known. Meridax does not claim that standard clauses or any other mechanism automatically applies to every customer or deployment.
Current product boundary
The website keeps tenant access separate and labels provider availability and review states, but code cannot decide international-transfer law. Deployment regions, vendor locations, onward recipients and supplementary safeguards need verified operational records.
Required legal decision
Qualified reviewers must choose the applicable agreement, module, annexes and safeguards and confirm who signs it. Until that decision is recorded, this page is only a readiness checklist and does not approve a transfer or promise a destination.
