Use material you may use
Customers must have permission for products, text, images, video, audio, logos, trademarks, feeds, and other material they add or connect. Meridax does not transfer ownership merely by storing or organizing customer material.
Send a complete notice
Use the copyright and trademark contact category. Identify the protected work or mark, the material and location at issue, your contact details, your authority, the requested action, and a truthful statement supporting the report. Do not send knowingly false notices.
Review, response, and repeat misuse
This section states the current operating boundary. Meridax applies only the commitments written here and does not claim an unstated certification, provider arrangement, legal outcome, or service level.
